I found a new recipe for pecan cranberry muffins today. I love both pecan nuts and cranberries.
After work I did a short detour to the grocery store and got both ingredients.
The recipe called for more than usual steps but the result was worth every single step.
The muffins have some streusel which give the muffins a little crunch and the dough is airy and soft with a very nice nutty flavor. The cranberries flavors doesn’t peek out too much.
